Email alerts at start of backup and end of successful backup
Stay informed of backup completion. Successful backups now become as easy as reading an email in the morning. The email includes details on what occurred during the backup session, a historical disk usage graph, and other useful information.
Email alerts at the end of a backup with warnings or errors
No news is good news. Be alerted only when there is a problem. You may prefer to only receive emails if there was a problem.
Email alerts when no backup has completed recently
Be informed when backups aren't happening. Our servers will notice if a backup hasn't been initiated within a configurable time period and will alert you with an email.
Email alerts when disk usage changes by more than a given amount
Easily refine backup policies. Sometimes files that should not be backed up are backed up, and disk usage unexpectedly increases rapidly. This will alert you if your disk usage changes too quickly (configurable), and will tell you the files that were uploaded that caused the greatest increase in disk usage.
Email alerts when disk usage is above a given amount
Control excess disk usage. Many customers prefer to set a disk usage alert level. If their disk usage exceeds this amount, backups will continue to happen, but an email will be sent periodically informing the user.
Disk usage explorer tool
Quickly discover how much disk space is used per directory. Tells you how much disk space a directory and all of its subdirectories are using on the server. Use this to identify which folders are using the most disk space.
Detailed audit logs
Access detailed records of what did or did not happen. Records are kept both on the client and server of every action performed.
Advanced log viewer
Don't waste time digging through logs. Advanced filtering, sorting, and searching allow you to quickly pinpoint errors, warnings, and other events with ease. Email log files and copy relevant sections of logs to the clipboard.
